Do I see an actual difference in performance? PeeR , Aug 31, Flickster , Aug 31, An installed MHz module will be operated at MHz speed. That X61 is a very nice notebook. Kaso , Aug 31, Well Kaso has answered what speed memory the X61 supports and being that it's designed to work with Mhz RAM there is little point in getting the Mhz mem as it won't run any faster than the Mhz. You may find that once the Mhz memory is underclocked by the system to rum at Mhz, it's CL value may actually be the same as the stock Mhz RAM.
