Should You Transition to. Net Core? I've worked with Accenture since I've had a few different roles and have worked with several clients. In the medical claim processing area it's typically a pretty easy and stress free job. However, there is no room to move up and grow. The managers I've had were not very helpful and did not care to see their people grow.

Also, the micro management is at an extreme. Every second is tracked. In the software testing area, the main issues I've had are: lack of training and horrible onboarding experiences. These projects tend to be more flexible with schedules and tend not to micro manage. You're experience at Accenture really depends on what you're hired for, what project you're working on, what client you're working with.

Some projects are better than others. Also, watch out for positions labeled as "Accenture Flex". You will be paying triple the amount for insurance, you have less PTO, you don't get holidays off, you're less likely to get bonuses and raises. It's very had to get out of Flex, even when you try to transition to a non flex position Claimed Profile. Want to know more about working here? Basically they give u a lucrative package, this attracts anyone and everyone. But what happened next in my case was pathetic. They did not check from their end if I was part of Accenture before.

Now they come back saying I was part of Accenture before and asked me to resign immediately. Do u think this is a valid reason to rusticate an employee??? It's been more than 2 months since I resigned and I do not have my salary from the date of my joining. The re is no proper point of contact to resolve the concern. A ticket raised with FNF team has been closed without it being resolved in 1 day.

A HR who picks my call once in a blue moon for every calls says, we are working on it and will get back soon. And never came back. I don't have a resignation and experience letter either. Remember it's been more than 2 months I resigned.

When I started my carrier in accenture it was the new project we started worked in The senior associate s became the team leads The work culture looks exactly like school Even after working hard we will not get any hikes It goes only for the favourable persons Iam telling you what happened in my project For learners it is good platform to grow yourself but people won't allow you to get identified. At Accenture in some branches the cafeteria is not good and for the night shift people food won't available after 7 pm Even if it wrong we should not ask them.
