These values are essential factors for us when running a global business. The council is an international non-profit organization established to reinforce consumer confidence in the jewelry industry by advocating responsible business practices throughout the diamond and gold jewelry supply chain.

As a member of RJC, Trollbeads is committed to promote responsibility, ethics, human rights, social and environmental practices in a transparent and accountable manner, throughout the jewelry industry from the mine to the retailers. Our commitment aims at reinforcing consumer and stakeholder confidence in jewelry products. In addition, Trollbeads is the creator of the original "bead on bracelet" concept. The company started in Copenhagen, Denmark in , with all of the beads made by hand.

Fast forward to , and all of the beads are still made by hand in Denmark. The beads come in a variety of sterling silver, gold, pearl, natural gemstones and italian glass. To ensure a wide variety, the company has used over jewelry designers to contribute their own ideas to the collection. The Trollbeads catalog currently features over beads—each with their own unique design and story.

Every story has a bead. Several times per year, the company launches limited edition beads that are produced in small quantities. Get these beads while you can, because they always run out!
